One of our blue chip clients is urgently looking for a Business Analyst.
brief project description:
-Provide 1st level MAINTENANCE SERVICES for the listed applications
-Provide Business Analysis services
The applications to be maintained as part of this request are largely:
-Pegasus
-CDB/SCW Cockpit
-Other applications may become into scope over time, however, are not known at the start of this request
Scope of work:
Services to be provided, amongst others, contain the following main tasks:
-Support of business unit specifically with accounting questions
-Requirements engineering
-Documentation of requirements
-Scope management (identifying which requirements are in and out of scope
-Discussion of requirements with system analysts and identifying alternative solutions
-Creation of functional design and specification
-System Analysis
-Creation, documentation and execution of functional test cases
-Documentation of test results and resolution of issues
-Interface monitoring
-Investigation and other maintenance tasks Creating supporting documentation (user manual, etc.)
-General issue resolution
-Support of Business Unit in UAT
-Regression test tool programming (eCATT)
-Regression testing (planning, specifying, executing, documenting)
Role of consultant:
In addition to technical skills requested, the following, amongst others, are requested:
-Required: business fluency of English, as the documentation is and has to be produced in English
-Required: business fluency in German
-Required: good communication skills
-Required: For security reasons, staff involved have to be citizens of the EU
-Required: willingness to learn business processes underlying the in scope applications, in order to better understand the tasks involved
-Required: previous working experience in financial industry
-Required: relevant industry standard qualifications or equivalent knowledge
-Required: knowledge of software testing in theory and practice
-Required: experience in programming eCATT regression test tool
-Required: ABAP programming skills
-Required: Risk Management business process knowledge
-Required: Accounting specialist knowledge
Skills Needed:
-Skill (prio1): Pegasus, and CDB/CSW Cockpit must
-Skill (prio2): experience in financial industry must
-Skill (prio3): ABAP programming skills must
-Skill (prio4): good communication skills must
-Language skills: English must
-Language skills (prio2): German must
