The role
The client have an onshore offshore support team, and require another functional SAP SD support consultant to join the team.
Your role will be to co-ordinate the team in India (Team size 30) in English, whilst taking the requests from the client. The requests from the client will be in German, and it is therefore essential to be bilingual. You will be one of 4 onsite SAP SD support consultants.
Should the offshore team be unable to deal with a ticket, then you will be required to step in and this may mean that some of your more technical skills will be required, such as debugging.
As an SD consultant it is essential that you know all of the steps from order processing through to Transportation.

- They have many different divisions all using SAP as their main ERP system.
Interview process:
The interview process will consist of one telephone technical interview, and then a final interview with the project manager. This final interview can be face to face if you are local, or on the telephone if the location is too far away.
Interviews can take place the same day if submitted before midday.
The client is hoping to give a final decision and sign contracts this week.
