Role
Responsible for planning and implementation of application management for our BI and MDM systems
Control/Steering of Service Providers
Ensuring compliance of all relevant systems within agreed SLA's
Control of customer and application support for SAP BI in the context of the Second Level Support
Skills
Strong expertise in SAP BW 7.0, SAP BO XI 3.1 and BI 4.0
ITIL v3 Foundation Certification
Service management tools
