Ruby on Rails
Database knowledge in MySQL, PostgresSQL
Source Control Management (SVN, Git or Mercurial)
TDD (RSpec or Cucumber)
Really nice to have skills:
Knowledge of Linux - Server Systems
HTML5/CSS3 JavaScript
Pair programming.
