Next Ventures is currently executing a search for highly skilled Solution Designer Contact Centre Work Force Planning for a 6 month initial contract opportunity to work in the city of Munich. The Project languages are German and English.

Experience and skills required:
Technical Degree in Telecommunications Technology or similar acquired knowledge
Experience in IP Telephony/Call Center technology
Experience with Erlang B/C Calculations
Excellent know how about Contact Center Service Levels and constraints
Good experience in CISCO Call Center Enterprise Technology
Know how on Alcatel/Avaya is plus
Excellent know how in the area of PSTN and IP Telephony
Basic project management experience
ITIL certification and good working knowledge in regards to ITIL V3.0
Excellent command of English and German Language

Start date: ASAP. Interview slots available for next week (Sep 17th - 21st)
