Our client is a leading international mobile communications business currently looking for an Operational Assurance and Quality Gate Manager (ERP environment).
Role Purpose:
* Ensure seamless integration of new releases.
* Responsible for execution of Quality Gates for releases and demand projects, covering Operational Requirements and Support Enablement Criteria, and for alignment of the Quality Gate process and criteria with the support partners and release project teams, effectively preventing negative impact of releases and demand projects on operations.
* Analyse new demand and define scope and quality for deliverables to and from Global ERP Support and Operations area, for implementation of new demand, and for the creation of Operational Impact Assessments, documenting scope, quality, approach, time line, effort, costs.

Key accountabilities:
* Customers, supplier and third parties
* Provide impact and risk analysis of Quality Gate exceptions for specific releases or changes.
* Report on Quality Gate Execution for Operational Quality Gates prior to Technical Cutover and Transition into BAU
* To align deliverables for release projects and new demand with the solution provider, the project release teams, the ERP Centre of Excellence, and Global ERP Support and Operations partners
* To contribute scope and quality definition to feasibility study for new demand
Innovation and change
* Maintain and improve Operational Quality Gate definition and process together with support partners and release teams
* Mitigate operational issues by development of Quality Gate criteria to identify issues before Go Live and transition to BAU
* Improve standardization of demand assessments to reduce turnaround times, improve quality, increase flexibility, and improve definition of work packages
* Monitor and plan efforts for demand assessments to ensure the right staffing levels
* Provide consolidated Lessons Learned reviews for Releases/Projects
Knowledge and experience
* Proven strong operational experience with complex systems, preferably for ERP
* Proven experience with operational acceptance and in establishing and maintaining operational gates
* Ability to translate operations and support needs into Quality Gates
* Strong Communication & Facilitation skills
* Strong Project Management skills
* Experience in stakeholder management
* ITIL Foundation Certification Additional Information
