Role:
Responsible for Problem Management of Services in the customers portfolio to deliver services in compliance with the qualitiy strategy of the customer and to ensure operational stability. Provision services according to the agreed quality and service levels at the right level of costs
Responsibilities:
- quality management of services and processes
- Problem Management of services across all interfaces
- manage the centralized problem management process
- supervise the decentralized problem management activities
- Administration and maintenance of the Problem Management process
- Identification and implementation of improvement activities to increase service quality and efficiency of service
management processes
Skills:
- University degree in IT or related fields and compatible professional experience
- Strong Experience in Quality Management / Problem Management
- deep experience in the telecommunication industry with minimum 3 years in the area
of quality
- Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of IT topics including mobile telecommunications
- ITIL V3 experience
- Strong project management skills
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Fluent English -written and spoken
- International experience and background in a complex business environment
- Experience in managing complex technology
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma (desired)
