We are looking for a Prince2 Authoring Specialist to work at our multinational client in Munich/Germany.
Nature of the task
:- Support the project management team in all aspects of project related documentation
- Create and populate Prince 2 project level documentation in line with industry best practice;
- Create and maintain templates in line with Prince 2 and project support office requirements;
- Update existing documentation from a readership & grammatical perspective.
- Ensure consistency of language, style, terminology and content across project documents
The ideal candidate would have the following profile:
- Fluent level of written English.
- Advanced authoring, reviewing, proofing, revising and editing skills.
- Experienced in designing and customising templates that are fit for purpose.
- Prince2 qualified (at least foundation level)
- At least 3 years of experience of Prince 2 document preparation
- Can gather, derive, and clearly deliver information obtained through meeting participation, emails, interviewing, and independent research (feature testing) where required.
- Can effectively communicate technical concepts using both written and visual techniques.
- Will engage fully in the project with a positive attitude.
- Is detail oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Has advanced personal organisational and multi-tasking skills.
- Has a sound knowledge of the IT world generally and Windows and Microsoft Office.
- Can use document management systems
- Any experience in 'help' authoring would be advantageous.
- Any French, German or Dutch language skills would be advantageous.
