Ihre Aufgaben
- Administration of a DOORS Database with about 200 internal and external users:
- Administration of users, groups, projects, folders, modules, access rights
- Import, merging and integration of customer or supplier product data to the database
- Export of own product data for customer or suppliers from database Formats: .dpa, .dma, .xls, .doc
- Maintenance of database integrity
- Implementation of processes in cooperation with the process responsibles into a DOORS data model:
- Requirements Management
- Validation and Verification
- Test
- Configuration Management
- Documentation Management
- Maintenance of DOORS data models
- Preparation and maintenance of our customized DXL menus (Data Model Support Tools)
- Preparation and maintenance of our DOORS2PDF Document Generators
- DOORS user support
- Company-wide consulting on DOORS fields of application
- Organisation (and execution) of DOORS training for new DOORS users
- Point-of-contact to DOORS support
- Working in an interdisciplinary and international team.
Ihr Profil
- Advanced knowledge of IBM/Rational DOORS
- Advanced DXL programming skills
- Basic LaTex, DOS and C skills
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- Languages: English, German
- Configuration, Documentation and Change Management process knowledge is desired
- Good communication skills.
An advantage would be:
- System Engineering process knowledge
- Further foreign language(s).
