Ihre Aufgaben
- Define and freeze the baseline configuration, perform change control and monitor the configuration items
- Implement configuration control procedures in the project for hardware and software
- Implement documentation control procedures throughout the project and maintain the document structure under configuration control
- Analyse customer hardware/software requirements for the project information system with respect to the company infrastructure
- Coordinate all activities necessary for implementing and maintaining the project information system
- Define and freeze the baseline configurations, perform change control and monitor the configuration items
- Close interaction with the customer and suppliers to ensure open exchange and guarantee the implementation of the required guidelines
- Closely work with the Company's Quality and Product Assurance Manager in order to guarantee that the project and the procedures follow the requirements and the process.
Ihr Profil
- Applicants should have a university degree or equivalent qualification in engineering, business administration or quality assurance and a solid working background in the disciplines related to the tasks described
- Applicants are expected to demonstrate good planning and organisation skills, an ability to synthesise complex information and a capability to work effectively in a team environment
- You will be part of the Project Control Office that is supporting the project, and will be reporting directly to the project manager
- Working knowledge of the German and English languages is mandatory
- The use of Microsoft Office tools (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Visio, MS Project) are considered standard.
An advantage would be:
- Profound knowledge for use of an database system (Eclipse, Access, etc.).
