Our Client, a worldleader in Healthcare solutions, is looking for a German speaking PROJECT MANAGER for a warehouse relocation.

General Purpose
To be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.

The project manager will be responsible of transferring the existing activity from Stuttgart Area to Duisburg by our current service provider to the strategic partner. The Project manager will manage the coordination of different teams (IT, Sales, Logistics Operations) in order to get the future site ready in a timely manner.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- lead the implementation of Network optimization project (warehouse consolidation)
- facilitate the implementation of project scope, goals and deliverables
- execute project tasks on time per project plan
- coordinate local resources and manage project resource allocation
- plan and schedule project timelines
- track project deliverables using appropriate tools
- provide direction and support to project team
- constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
- present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
- implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
- project evaluations and assessment of results

Germany specific:
- Manage relocation of existing warehousing activity within Germany by transferring activity to same Partner.
- Manage project planning and ensure timely completion of each task (MS Project)
- Coordinate task completion of several business experts (IT, OTR, etc)
- Coordinate work with site project team (selected project team)
- Map current process and define "to be" process with central and local stakeholders
- Implement defined warehousing and business processes
- Implementation and standardization of process
- Ensure warehouse readiness for the move
- Setup transition Process and KPI
- Ensure successful completion of ERP training of the new staff
- Coordinate physical move of inventory
- Manage during ramp up and ensure correct
- Be key point of escalation

Education and Experience
- Qualification in project management or equivalent
- Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management
- Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
- Direct work experience in project management capacity
- Proven experience in people management
- Proven experience in strategic planning
- Proven experience in risk management
- Proven experience in change management
- Proficient in project management software
