Job Type: Contract
Skills Required for Infrastructure Consultant Role:
IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification
Experience with IT business process design, development and implementation
Customer Relationship Management skills
Demonstrates excellent communication skills, a confident and articulate presenter to internal/external audiences with the ability to develop and present ideas and reasoned arguments clearly and concisely
Build, maintain and manage successful relationships with key stakeholders, management and technical groups in defining and establishing flexible process improvement activities
Gather and analyze performance metrics to support continuous improvement for Service Transition as well as provide performance metrics and reports for management review and program development
