We urgently require a Site Material Manager (m/f) for our international client.• Determine, guarantee and organize the necessary storage area
• Install the storage infrastructure
• Organization of the receipt and outflow of material on site
• Organization of the right storage of material according to quality standards on site
• Administration of external and internal storages
• Material receipt control and Material administration
• If necessary creation of damage protocols, transferring the damage details and documentation about the damage
• Output of material to the subcontractors in coordination with the Site Manager and his documentation
• Creation of additional deliveries, parts identification
• Control the contracted project carrier during the project execution
• Creation of export documents as well as communication with the relevant agencies and Banks
• Preparation of correct and safe material hand over according to client / contract
• Cooperation on the continuous improvements in the internal and external workflows going beyond the project. Take-over of special tasks!
• Technical training certificate (University, college or technician)
• Job experience on site at the civil and erection sector
• Capability and experience at systematic documentation
• Experience in warehousing
• Relevant experience on the sector of project forwarding of industrial warehouses
• Relevant experience on handling see freight, track freight and air freight
• Relevant knowledge on transport justice
• Good analytical skills, as well as planning and organizational ability
• Assertiveness and ability to work in a team
• Ability to withstand stress and flexibility
• Readiness for duty
• Experience in handling customers and deliverer
• Willingness for long site employment worldwide
• Good English (spoken and written)
• Other languages are an advantage
• Fully conversant with MS Office and SAP
