Required! IT Support professional to provide 2nd Level Deskside support for multinational client based in Frankfurt. Knowledge of File Servers and Lotus Note Servers a huge advantage.
Required:
- 3yrs+ experience of 2nd Level IT Deskside Support
- Proficient in the use and administration of Helpdesk Systems
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Advanced knowledge of Windows XP Client
- Strong experience with Windows Server 2003 & 2008 (setup/administration)
- Knowledge of Lotus notice
- German language, preferably native speaker
- Good Networking skills
Desired:
- VMware experience and qualifications
- Knowledgeable in the setup and maintenance of telephone systems
- Additional ad-hoc systems
