For our customer in Munich, Germany we are currently searching for an Operations Consultant (w/m)
Project Start: August 2012
Project duration: 12 Months
Location: Munich
Tasks:
- Provide 1 - 3 level support in Storage Services
- On call 24 x 7 basis (rotating shift system)
- Manage the storage infrastructure together with the support team and team leads
- Applying ITIL processes to the Storage Services
Skills:
- Experience in storage platform support
- Knowledge of data storage infrastructure
- German knowledge is necessary
