Windows/Web Engineer is required by a Global Telecoms Company.
You will have a strong customer service management background, ITIL certified, good knowledge of Windows Servers and Web/Internet/Intranet technologies. Good process management with good knowledge of Windows infrastructure (Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Clusters). You will also have good knowledge of network infrastructure (Switching, Routing, Ethernet, TCP/IP).
You will be responsible for customer support on Windows and Web technologies.
