As SAP senior consultant you consult one of our customers in the area of ??application service for all questions and problems in the topics of SAP modules FI and CO. Besides the application support your activities also includes consulting, design and implementation of sophisticated SAP Extension and conversion projects in association with the respective Service Manager and its partners on the customer side.Following tasks are required:
Analysis and correction of faults in the second-and third-level support for SAP applications productively employed, especially in the process environment, SAP FI and CO and in compliance with agreed customer service level agreements (ITIL based)
Advising client in the redesign or modification of their functional processes in large and complex SAP systems
Responsibility for the professional and technical feasibility, the quality of the conception, design, implementation and productive introduction
Communication, reading and writing in German and English language
General knowledge in GL, AP, AR, and CO
Automatic account determination for MM and SD procedures
Forms of correspondences in FI
Open item management
Foreign currency valuation
Assignment objects profit center, cost center, trading partner, partner profit center in GL, AP, and AR
Profit center accounting: Balance sheet adjustment, profit and loss adjustment, transfer payables/receivables into profit center accounting
Product cost controlling: Material cost estimate with quantity structure, product cost by order, period-end closing (overhead, work in process, settlement etc.)
Your profile
You have a university degree in computer science, engineering or economics or similar discipline and at least five years experience as a consultant in SAP projects or SAP support.
You can also demonstrate the following skills:
Founded SAP knowhow in one of the following modules: FI / CO
Broad SAP expertise and knowhow
At least 5 years experience in SAP projects or experiences from a previous consulting or service activities in the SAP environment - ideally you will be certified on ITIL
knowledge of ABAP
Experience in working with offshore partners within an application management service
Good verbal and written English language skills
You have strong analytical, conceptual and methodological skills. A very good communication and presentation skills, strong customer orientation and convincing manner. If you also have excellent interpersonal skills, if you a intercultural team player we would like to meet you
