My client is currently looking for an experienced German speaking ivil Works surveyor for a great role with a major client in Germany
Candidates should have experience in the following;
- Variance analysis of the costs incurred per site compared with the quotation costing
- The monitoring and evaluation of the submitted credits in samples based on cost parameters
- Budget control on the basis of reports provided to the consumption values (material and property services) at sites
- representation and continuation of the average project costs over the project period
- Acquisition of contractual variations due to cost variations, as well as their evaluation and reporting to the Contract Management
- Supporting the development or revision of specifications together with the ASP management
- Creation of technical bulletins for the area Civil Works
- Single point of contact for the project staff of the build-up regions for performance levels and content, as well as for additional services
- Evaluation of additional costs in terms of lists of regions not conforming contract services
- Reporting the results of individual project management, project management and contract management Regional
- Specialist technical review and approval of additional services of subcontractors
- Identification and establishment of design options to reduce costs in cooperation with the Technical Back Office
- Technical coordination with the client in matters of infrastructure (Civil Works)
- participation in key project meetings
- Collaboration with other departments or line agencies to develop highly technical issues
- Preparation and execution of civil engineering instruction and training
- Requirements for this activity:
- Civil engineering/business management degree or equivalent qualification
- Many years of experience and good understanding of assembly processes in the construction of telecommunications networks and their components
- Basic knowledge of financial mathematics, knowledge of market prices in the mobile
- Experience in the field of definition of processes
- Structured approach, business thinking and cost-consciousness
- Basic knowledge of Quality Management
- Process-oriented approach
- Good communication skills, teamwork
- Good knowledge of English
