Participation in implementation projects as technical customer configuration network integration.
Job requirements
Good knowledge of SIP
Good experience in project management
Experience from customer projects with SIP (error analysis, etc.) and with HostedPBX or at least with IP-PBX (including Cisco CallManager)
Knowledge of PBX and VoIP market, with particular focus on "cloud"
Fluent in spoken and written
Basic technical knowledge of VoIP connections and carrier requirements (SIP trunking, the Telecommunications Act (TKG )
Helpful is knowledge of the OSS/BSS processes and knowledge of CRM interfaces
Experience with SIP endpoints (SNOM or Grandstream)
Period of time
ASAP - 3 months + option for extension
Fluent German speaking
