Task:Additional resources needed to help generate the detailed requirement specifications for the build team based on existing requirements and high level design solutions. Due by end of August 2012.

Requirements (Must have):
- Ability to identify, understand and document functional and non functional requirements
- Defining, describing and documenting specifications for developers
- Experience in cooperation with BA's, designer, architect and developer
- English and German language
- Working along defined principles, guidelines and modeling processes
- Communicative person who works conscientiously on own initiative
Environment/Miscellaneous:
Technology migration for strategic alignment. Migration of functionalities module Get Support & My Tickets of the end user Portal Assist to ServiceNow. With components to open an incident ticket or service request, view existing tickets and follow up on these.
