We are searching for a Project Manager for a customer in ZurichLocation - Zurich, Switerzland
Department - CIS Programmes and Planning
Role Project Manager
Owner of Customer Care structure (3 levels)
Leading the operations in cooperation with 3rd parties
Key requirements
Day-to-day management of customer care (incl. 1st level external partners)
Establish Customer Care improvement processes for constant customer satisfaction increase
Willingness to do hands-on work (ticket resolution)
Coordinate Operations partner and deployments
Must speak German and English at a business level
Required Skills & Experience
Technical Project Management to lead service improvement projects
Experience in European setups (multi-language, multi-currency, multi-culture etc)
Experience of working with remote/distributed teams
Location and travel requirements
CH based with up to 40% travelling (mainly Europe)
Possible 4-5 day trip to India every quarter
