Beschreibung
As the successful candidate, your main tasks will consist of driving a vast replanning exercise whilst at the same time improving the quality of their budget as well as forecast assumptions. You will also be asked to show the results of your work in the form of the 2013 forecast (including plans). "Performance management" is a major part of this exercise as you will be coaching 12 IT managers in producing monthly budget follow-ups and operational corrections.
In this role you will be acting as the "voice" of the managers and you will be helping them to improve their departments overall performance, encompassing all elements of service delivery, not just budget focussed)
Competencies and technical skills:
- Good problem solving skills as well as analztical thinking (ideally an ex-management consultant or ex-controller)
- Strong management or leadership expertise
- Presentation skills
-(IT) Project management experience
- SAP skills (CO,PS)
Location: Northrhein Westfalia
Duration: 6 months initial - extension probable
Language skills: German and English
