Beschreibung
Task:GlobIS is the client relationship management system (CRM-tool) of the Financial institutions client segment. It includes all relevant information to care for our clients. The application supports particularly the departments Relationship Management Bank for Banks (RMB4B) and Account Management Banks & Regulated Brokers (AMBRB) in the daily business and also in the case of visit preparations and reports. GlobIS is also used by the product specialists who are responsible in relationship to FI's. GlobIS was introduced in 2001 as a web application and since it success keeps growing.
Functions:
- Recording of client information (Addresses, contacts, distribution information)
- Administration of the segmentation
- Recording and display of product information (Product details, transactions etc.)
- Preparation of visit preparations and reworking (Visit Preparation, Visit Report)
- Input of contacts and pending items
- Visit Announcement
- Analyse and Export function
