Portland Resourcing is looking for SAP logistics business analyst. It is a 6 months contract based in Bavaria, Germany. Ideal candidate will speak English fluently.

Our client is a global FMCG end user organisation. Candidate should have the key knowledge area in logistics, procurement, quality, commercial, marketing and sales. Ideally in all of those areas at a minimum two out of the mentioned.

This person will support with mainly in preparing and defining projects (evaluation, budgeting, scoping, costing, scoping of solutions, conceptual work, Power Points, Business Cases) etc.) in Europe. The projects are in the area of SAP as well as Non SAP projects. Another part might also be project coordination and some administrative tasks.

Successful candidates will possess:
* Understanding of key established business process areas in the Outbound/Inbound area and the ways in which technology may impact and enhance business processes
* Ability & willingness to also work for projects in areas outside above (eg. Fin/Selling).
* Capabilities and interest in both the business and technical aspects of the position and the capability to combine these to deliver value to the company.
* Language required: English fluently
* SAP business application background with 4-5 years of experience with relevant SAP applications.
* Excellent skills in Powerpoint are needed
* Candidate needs to work a lot with customers with varied cultural backgrounds and levels of seniority so she/he should be able to quickly adapt to new people and situations.
* Clear communication consistent with the organizational values.
* Experience in a multi-national organization is desirable.

Key responsibilities include

Using his/her expert process and application knowledge to identify, scope and set up solutions Business process mapping and documentation, also for cross-location and cross-regional requirements
Project coordination support (administration, updating of project plan, coordination of parties involved, scoping of solutions, support with testing)
Work on post-implementation benefits delivery analysis
Provide support on Business Cases and relevant processes
The right candidate must have FMCG (food/drinks/pharma) industry experience.
