My client, a leading investment bank, is looking to take on an exceptionally strong Sophis toolkit/C++ developer to join their team on a VaR project. The team has faced strong growth over the past year, and are looking to bring someone on in a team lead capacity to join them on this project.
This is an ideal position for candidates who are looking to leverage on their existing risk knowledge, and work with a leading financial institution. Previous experience with Value at Risk is highly desirable. You will have daily contact with traders, quants and stakeholders, so strong communication skills are key.
Responsibilities for the Sophis Risque Developer/C++ - Tier One Investment Bank - Germany/London:
- Act as senior Sophis toolkit developer
- C++ development experience
- Working on VaR model validation
The Person Sophis Risque Developer/C++ - Tier One Investment Bank - Germany/London:
- Experience with the Sophis toolkit
- Expertise in C++ development
- Previous experience working with Value at Risk is highly desirable
- Strong educational background
