Manning Global currently is looking for German speaking Quality Manager to freelance work for one of our international clients from the Telecoms in a longer term Germany-wide TETRA project, starting soon.
The role entails
-Quality monitoring in Service Level Management, predominatly internal Controls and supporting the overall Project Management
-Quality control during audit, evaluation and development of ICT systems
-Quality assurance for business procedure design, for design and development of business concepts and of service concepts, as well as for design and maintenance of guide lines
-execution and evaluation of audits
-design of QM concepts and plans, controlling along qm plans
-controlling of deadlines, documents and reviews
-preparation of statistical data and project reports
-continuous control of project plan
Skills required
-degree in Telecommunications, IT or similar
-5+ years professional experience in quality management and system audits of major and complex mobile networks
-good knowledge of TETRA and IP Networks, ideally Cassidian
-fluency in German language mandatory
-willingness to travel throughout Germany
-willingness to undergo security clearance
