We are seeking a WebMethods Application Expert (m/f) for one clients (labour leasing contact).
Tasks:
The System Engineer - WebMethods Application expert will join the Systems Section and there contribute operating the existing buses based on webMethods ver. 7 and 8 products and assist the client in its relation with the external company which provides business and infrastructural development, maintenance and support services for the buses.
The System Engineer - WebMethods Application expert shall provide technical expertise in the following areas:
provide third level support to the buses infrastructure; assist the client formulating the specifications for infrastructural and business developments; maintain an overview of the scheduled activities; provide 3rd-level support for webMethods infrastructure application including monitoring of associated components; investigate, diagnose and resolve system problems; provide training to 1st and 2nd level support staff; participate in the design of security policies related to webMethods infrastructure; contribution to IT project in the preparation, implementation and deployment phase of IT services and systems; maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation;
Skills and Experience
Weight: Microsoft Windows server administration 12%; Experience in supplier management relationship 12%; Experience in the points below (including problem solving,performance tuning and capacity planning): webMethods Product Suite 7.x and 8.x (in particular Integration Server, Developer, Broker, Trading Networks, CentraSite and My webMethods Server); Application Server technology (eg Weblogic, Tomcat) 12%; Product management experience 10%; Knowledge in one or more of the following technologies: PC technology, Java, LDAP, Client Server architecture and/or Firewall technology 9%; Knowledge of Sun Solaris, Linux operating systems 9%; Oracle RDBMS experience 8%; Knowledge of IT Service Management processes and best practice (such as ITIL), in particular in the areas of problem management, release management, capacity planning and service level management 8%; Analytical skills and a problem-solving orientation 10%; Interpersonal skills, self-motivation, the ability to work in a team and to communicate well, both orally and in writing 10%
