Task:We are currently recruiting for a Programme Manager (f/m) to support the success of new systems integration / customization projects in the field of mCommerce at an international level.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage an implementation programme consisting of multiple sub-projects / workstreams
- Manage resources and financials
- Monitor project progress and ensure project delivery on time/budget/quality
- Report status, manage issues and risks
- Act as the primary interface between our client and end client stakeholders
- Coordinate between internal and external stakeholders / project participants across locations and time zones to ensure effective communication, issue resolution and decision making
- Drive the implementation of process and tool improvements
- Support presales and proposal efforts
Requirements (Must have):
- Solid IT background
- Experience on implementation projects building highly integrated, customised business applications on a three-tier platform desirable
- Industry experience in financial services, telecommunications and/or mCommerce desirable
- Strong experience delivering large complex projects at client sites, interfacing between client and company resources.
- The ability to multi task, with excellent communication/presentation skills. Well developed client management, interpersonal, and problem identification/resolution skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work well with a Sales organization. Ability to identify, scope, and assist with RFP responses, pre-sales activity and in selling additional services.
- Knowledge of methodology, tools and best practices for system integration projects
- PMP / PRINCE2 designation is a plus.
- Fluency in English is a must, German highly desirable, Spanish a plus
- Available for occasional travel abroad
