Description
- Responsible for the design and development of device driver for power management integrated circuits (timers and clocks) and power management units (PMU's) for mobile phone SOCs. These devices contain multiple voltage domains requiring a highly-integrated power system that includes linear voltage regulators (LDOs), crystal oscillators and clock systems
- Should be able to define and drive multi core complex SoC power management architectures
- Design and implementation of power management device driver for complex multi Core environment
- System level analysis for power saving
- Identify New Concepts/algorithms for power savings for next generation mobile phone baseband chips in a multi core environment
- Excellent understand of HW specs and provide Inputs for defining next generation mobile baseband chips of multi core environment
- Responsible for the integration of existing SW modules on newly developed HW platforms based on ch ipsets for GSM/UMTS/LTE
- consultancy of IC developers with feedback of potential bottlenecks/improvements
- consultancy of HW designers with special SW algorithm for HW and SW optimizing

Qualifications
- Applicants should have B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech engineering in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Science.
- Applicants should have 5+ years of post-graduate industry experience in system and power management device driver development in Mobile phone platforms.
- Sound Knowledge of ARM Processor Internals
- Excellent 'C' programming, ARM Assembly Programming and RTOS programming skills.
- Target Debugging Skills using JTAG, Lauterbach and ETM Trace.
- Able to review board level schematics and identify problems.
- Knowledge of ultra-low-power system architectures.
- Knowledge of L1 layer for 2G/3G/4G subsystems.
- Expertise in HW Signal monitoring using Oscilloscope, Logic Analyser.
- Good Understand of Analogue Electronics.
- High experience in Real Time programming (interrupt handling, algorithm development, ...)
- High experience in driver development in conjunction with Hardware programming
- Independent way of working, proactively tackling issues
- Very good feeling in international composed teams
- High flexibility to be ready for abroad work and in dealing with workload peaks
