Task: Minimum 5 years of experience developing software for business applications, ability to plan, track, control costs and provide needed status reporting, comfortable with multi-table relational database design and techniques, extensive knowledge of MS SQL Server , specific SQL server skills: database design & normalization, performance analysis & tuning, database & user security, data access control security and review of developer created stored procedures and triggers, advanced skills in .NET, Visual Studio .NET, C#, XML, SQL, UML.
