Job description:
- You will be responsible for establishing and managing the new Performance Management Team within the Department Network Quality of vendor Network Services GmbH in Dusseldorf.
- Objective of performance management is a systematic, multi dimensional performance measurement, management and control, and monitoring of activities throughout the network managed ALNS with the aim of continuous improvement of individual and corporate performance.
To include your areas of responsibility inter alia:
- Disciplinary and professional leadership of an internationally distributed organization
- Planning and control of resources
- Ensure compliance with specified KPIs
- Support of various departments to recognize the network availability (NV) damage faster
- Continuous improvement of currently used capabilities and improve the "time to detect".
- Regular analysis of the NV related alarms and statuses of Health as RNC/BSC/SGSN
- Review of the alarms used all manufacturers
- Trend analysis and testing for unrecognized phenomena
- Detection of abnormal behaviour or patterns of non NV
- Improving the methodology for identifying the NV alarms
- Introduction of new alarms PM
- Support for the improvement of the GNOC alarm views
Profile:
Professional/Personal Requirement:
- Completed technical training in communications engineering or equivalent education
- Sound knowledge of systems architecture and functionality of a mobile network
- In depth practical experience in performance management
- Experience as a project manager and/or team leader
- Ideally experience in setting up a new organization with an international distribution
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications
- High degree of initiative
- Excellent team player
- Experience in dealing with internal and external customers
- Very good command of spoken and written German
- Fluent in written and spoken English
