Setup and implementation of all needed systems and applications from test to production
The first focus of the role is on technology and coordinating different technical layers like connectivity, hardware, OS/DB and applications
Good understanding of these layers is required to recognise set-up dependencies, support troubleshooting
Report technical integration status to relevant parties
Ensures the required infrastructure from Infrastructure teams is delivered in time
Coordinates the usage of the Service test platforms to achieve most effective usage of the environments available
Requirements:-
Technical proficiency in:
Multi Layer Architecture
High avaialbility of all layers
Network ( basis knowledge TCP/IP, FTP, Gateway, HTTP, HTTPS, LAN, LDAP, SAN, ssh, SSL, VPN)
Mobile Technology (MMSC, SMSC, WEB/WAP, Email, Streaming, (& Download)
Firewall and Load balancing
Service enablement/Rollout to local branches (subsidiaries)
Hardware virtualisation
Webservice knowledge based on Apache Web Server and BeaWebLogic Applications server
Database basic knowhow
Operating systems: Linux, Red Hat, UNIX Windows
Knowledge of mobile telecommunications and their data services
Experience in Project Management
ITIL V3 Foundation
Good Team player
Ability to support troubleshooting for technical stack ( Network opeation system, Database, Application and Presentation layer)
Working in a high dynamic program with frequently changed priorities
Working in a multinational environment
Good Communication and interpersonal skills - ability to balance conflicting interests, Address escalations, and inform proper about status
Good planning/decision making skills
Building relationship and trust to customer and supplier ( external and internal)
English language: fluid in written and spoken form
Knowledge of the client processes and contact to technical teams
