Cuurently looking for a CRM manager for a very long term contract possition for a leading consultancy in Germany
Your tasks:
Support of our startups in the preparation, analysis and presentation of customer data to optimize customer relationships, attract new customers and retain existing customers
Data synchronization units of varying sources as the basis for data mining
Perform analyzes to better understand customer behavior
Development of customer profiles based on socio-demographic and behavioral data
Building customer life cycle models with implementation of customer value models
Segmentation of existing customers
Derivation of recommendations for action and CRM activities on the basis of analytical results
Multiplication of best practice in our portfolio companies
Your profile:
You possess a successfully completed a degree in computer science, business or economics, or have completed a similar training
You verfugst ideally have several years of work experience in a relevant environment
You have experience with complex and large data files and standard analytical methods
You ideally have knowledge of SQL and the use of data mining software (SPSS, etc.) is not a stranger to you
You are a team and communication skills
You can both in German and in English to communicate easily
