Beschreibung
Prior experience leading transition projects with multi-disciplinary teams of developers, operations teams and subject matter experts a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Leads team to develop transition plan, including goals, time frames, and procedures for accomplishing project.
- Conducts sessions to assure that all stakeholders in the project have a common understanding of the project, risks and issues
- Develops and implements communication plans to address the transition cycle and the initial steady state period.
- Produces a gap analysis related to resources and documents risks and contingency plans
- Assures all people and non-people resources are in place for steady state operations.
- Conducts site visits, business process reviews, and other methods as appropriate.
- Creates a risk analysis and contingency plans to address the risks
- Assures solution is implemented for steady state
- Establishes processes for reporting, meeting and escalation of issues
- Develop and implement plan to hand off project to steady state management
Technical & Behavioral Skills
- 7-10 years experience as a technical project manager
- Must be comfortable giving direction to virtual teams
- Excellent planning, organization, management, communication and documentation skills
- Must be comfortable presenting to and dealing with senior management.
- Position requires approximately 50% travel within Germany and occasionally to USA
- Excellent written and spoken English required, German speaker preferred
