Your future tasks

the Service Team Manager to support the creation of concepts and implementation of IT architecture standards
Lead employees to continually improveservicesaround themailing(includingBlackBerry, encryption, andarchiveissues)
Technology consulting services within development projects
Responsibility for theservice oriented architecture, IT infrastructure and infrastructurecomponents
Planning, design and concept of integrated IT architectures and solution architectures
Assisting in the development of technology strategies
Monitoring of project results on technical feasibility, maximum efficiency and ensure the SLA
support the requirements management in terms of integrated IT solutions
Create test strategies
support in the market monitoring and controlling the use of new technologies for feasibility
Assisting in the preparation of bids for services and customized solutions in cooperation with the appropriate technical experts

Requirements/Skills/Experience

Ideally, they have completed a university degree in computer science or computer science or equivalent education
Minimum 2 yearsexperience inthe ITinfrastructurearchitecture
Very good knowledge in the fields of architecture, large enterprise platforms,Microsoft, Exchange, MS OCS/Lync, MS SharePoint, WTS, good knowledge in networking,
In-depth, technical knowledge of the service portfolio as well as specific knowledge of the market to state-of-the-art of technologies and products
Demonstrated experience in managing international projects
Strong planning and organizational skills
Analytical, structured and systematic way of working with a high degree of personalresponsibility and independent, proactive working style
Willingness to travel(includingforeign travel)

Project Management Certification (Basics)
ITIL Foundation Certification
