Tätigkeit:For one of our customers from finance sector we are looking for a Technology Coordinator (f/m). The Technology Coordinator (TC) is a technical role and works with the Service Transition Manager and Service Operation teams to ensure the proper requirements are gathered and translated from the Service Design Pack into the provisioning ticketing system. The Technology coordinator will also raise the appropriate Request for Change and submit these requests into the GCM system (Global Change Management). The TC will be responsible for all related provisioning tickets and requirement validation of transition accepted solutions. This role also requires schedule and planning tasks for large scale projects as well as team and resource coordination on weekdays and weekend work. Working knowledge of provisioning request systems and change management system, specific experience with Remedy are helpful. The TC should also have experience with deployment ticketing and tracking systems. Project Start: asap. Project End: December 2012. Location: Jersey City, USA.
