Skill:
The consultant should have experience with:
experience in Oracle Application Express 3 (APEX)
knowledge of Oracle 10g
Experience in web application development
Excellent knowledge and practical experience in Oracle Application Express 3 is essential
Knowledge with Oracle PL/SQL, XHTML 1.1, HTML5, CSS and JavaScript.
