Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,für unseren Kunden im Großraum Düsseldorf sind wir auf Suche nach einem Spftwareentwickler (m/w). Hier ein paar Informationen zum Projekt:
JOB DESCRIPTION
This role is an engineering position with the primary purpose to create and maintain the physical core software programs. Those program elements shell offer the opportunity for integration in different kind of business process application software solutions. Therefore a database of all core routines and programs has to be created. This database will include the functionality, the history of changes, the availability of software documentation and the used programming language. The incumbent has to workout, implement and take care about the security arrangements in compliance with the central IT department to secure the intellectual properties of the company. On this basement the incumbent has to do remove reported bugs and as well to extend the software functionality in agreement with engineering and experts. Within realization activities to come up with new products or service functionalities the role of the incumbent covers the writing of specification and as well the programming. The incumbent has to provide information to the users and as well to store the insider information about the experts, who defined the physical equations. Overall this position has to increase our effectiveness of engineering and the security against losing intellectual properties.
ACTIVITIES/TASKS/SCOPE
· Setting standards for physical core routines, like using Dynamic Link Libraries · Cooperation with the IT department to integrate the core routines into the business software packets · Programming with at least one programming languages: C sharp, C++ or Delpi · Getting familiar with old programming language to translate software to modern languages · Setting up a database of available engineering software · Securing safety policy in cooperation with IT · Securing comprehensive documentation as minimum protection in case of losing the dedicated experts · Collecting and removing of bugs · Central advice regarding availability and functional complexity

· Professional engineer license · Driver license · Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Power Point · Accountability for specific software projects; responsibility for project accuracy, budget, and timeline · Willingness to work overtime and/or travel · Highly creative · Persistent and patient enough to work on projects for which results are not seen for long periods
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
· Keyboarding/typing · Ability to read effectively from a computer screen and/or paper copy · Ability to handle a large volume of work and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment · Ability to communicate effectively verbally and on the whiteboard
