Skills & Experience
1) Combination of technical depth, communication, project management, and client management skills
2) Technical competency in Information Lifecycle Management, as well as a strong working knowledge of Informatica as data integration products
3) Expert Project Management skills including: estimating, scope management, budget management, time management, risk management, change management, issue/conflict resolution, communication management, quality management, testing plans, training plans, team management
4) Skills and knowledge acquired through participation in the delivery of data integration initiatives in each of the following areas: change management, release management, configuration management, systems integration, systems development life cycle methodologies, quality assurance and testing, requirements gathering, and systems analysis and design
5) Strong history and track record of completing quality projects on time, as well as a proven track record coaching and mentoring others to success
6) 8+ years' industry experience
7) 3+ years project delivery experience managing large or complex ILM (Data Archive/Data subset) projects as a Project Manager, Technical Lead, Lead Developer, or Lead Business Analyst
8) Possess the combination of technical depth, strong communications ability (written as well as verbal), and client management skills.
9) Capable of leveraging the technical domain expertise to drive project delivery, lead the project team, clearly set and manage customer expectations, and proactively address and resolve project related issues.
10) Provide the single point of contact for resolution of project related issues
11) Lead project meetings, including project kick-off, project status, steering committee, and other project stage gate meetings
12) Provide overall project leadership and direct project teams in the delivery of high-quality products within committed timeframes and budgets
13) Ensure complete understanding of the project estimates and project scope in order to lead the team to deliver within the boundaries of the given estimates and assumptions
14) Manage customer expectations regarding project scope, timelines, and deliverables
15) Exceptional interpersonal, organizational and communication skills ( German and English - written & verbal)
