For one of our clients we are searching:
Technical Account Manager (m/f)
As a Technical Account Manager you will work with colleagues from over 20 different nationalities across offices in North-America, Frankfurt and Eastern-Europa supporting the most influential firms in the fast-paced financial markets.
This position requires some international travel.
Skill:
Analytical ability, eager to learn
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proven ability to organize and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
College degree or equivalent
Proficiency with Windows Server, Unix/Linux, Networking and wide area connectivity
Experience supporting FIX (Financial Information eXchange) protocol
Expertise with MS Office applications
Experience in the financial industry and familiarity with it's basic principles a plus
Task:
Provide best in class technical support to our customers including telephone support (Level 1 & 2) and on-site consulting services including:
o Application installation support
o Application development support (where applicable)
o First level troubleshooting
o Performance tuning & optimization
o Capacity planning & consulting
Manage the service installation and integration support for customer connections
Build and maintain strong interpersonal relationships with our customer base as a Technical Relationship Manager
Problem management including call logging, routing, and escalation
Language:
English (must-have)
German (nice-to-have)
French (nice-to-have)
Czech (nice-to-have)
Location: Frankfurt a.M. (Germany) + international travelling
Start: ASAP
Duration: 31.12.2012
Workload: full-time
