The goal of the GPS Wholesale project is to rollout a new contract management system for the Wholesale Financing Business in 11 Customer entitites.
Rollout from the centrally hosted standard software WFS from SWORD-Apak at various Customer locations and needs to integrate the system into the system environment of the local organizations. Furthermore the data from the current system needs to be migrated to the new system.
Main tasks:
Maintain the risk register (monthly update)
Maintain the project log (issues, actions, decisions)
Prepare, conduct and follow up project status meeting
Maintain project costs (actuals, forecast)
Maintain the project file
Maintain PM deliverables according to the Change request process
Create presentations about project status for project leader and team
Organize and steer document review process
Supports Project Leader in prioritization of project work
Skills:
3 years experience working as an PMO in an international project environment
PMI or GPM/IPMA certification appreciated
PM-Tools: Experience at least with one of the following tools: CA Clarity, Microsoft Project, Open Workbench
Tools: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint
German fluent (verbally and writing)
Good english language skills (write/read technical documentation)
