QA Manager, SAP CRM, Management, Support, Microsoft Excel - My financial client based in Frankfurt is currently looking for a QA Manager. If accepted on to the project you will be expected to perform data Quality checks in SAP CRM, follow up activities like tracking, reporting and escalation management. Candidates will be expected to provide support outside of normal business hours.
My client expects candidates to have a background in customer relation management and escalation management. Experience with Microsoft Excel and SAP CRM is needed. Candidates must speak fluent German and English.
