We are looking for our client for a Technical Architect in the area of Basel:Description:
Develop, document and deploy identity and access management (IAM) processes. Some of them are on the interface between the client and a huge global supplier. Work with cross-functional, cross-cultural, global teams that consist of the clients employees and staff from external suppliers in Switzerland, the USA, India, Poland and Argentina.

- communication skills: being able to gather business requirements from diverse teams (see above)
- analytical skills: being able to transfer business requirements into processes
- process development: being able to document these processes
- training skills: being able to deploy processes to role holders
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) in identity and access management processes
- excellent interpersonal skills
Experience
- successfully leading cross-divisional, cross-cultural, global teams
- successfully working across hierarchies and with huge suppliers
- working in a GxP and SOX-regulated environment
- the ideal candidate already has experience but still an open mind and fresh ideas
Languages
English: proficiency
