Tätigkeit:For one of our customers from finance sector we are looking for a project manager (f/m). The project manager is responsible for end-to-end management of the projects from the department and business lines. This includes the receipt, QA, validation, execution, and closure of requests, as well as providing an interface to the clients and maintaining customer reports and status updates on a regular basis. To ensure successful delivery the requests must be monitored and managed, all in collaboration with the infrastructure deployment managers and delivery teams. This role helps to ensure the requests are completed within agreed timescales and meet customer satisfaction objectives. In addition the PM will update clarity project plan and prepare tracking data for stakeholder communications as a member of the portfolio team and create provisioning and change requests where needed to enable the process.
