Copper is a material with a high value taking a high percentage in vonRoll products. NF handling is therefore an
asset. In wire business different units of measure apply. Therefore knowledge of Mill industry is an asset.
March - June: BBP, 3-4 days/week
July - January: Implementation: fulltime

- Make-to-Stock Production - Discrete Industry
- Make-to-Order Production with Variant Configuration
- Make-to-Order Production w/o Variant Configuration
- Production Subcontracting (External Processing)
- Rework Processing (Stock-Manufactured Material)
- Maintain Capacity 155.xx
- Rework Processing (Work-in-Process)
- SAP ERP Reports for Logistics
- Manufacturing with Kanban Supply into Production
- Planning and Processing of Semifinished Goods
- Co-Product Manufacturing
- Tool Production
- Shipping and Receiving with Warehouse Management
- Engineer-to-Order (ETO) ? Project Assembly
- Make-to-Stock Production with Order Split
- Outsourced Manufacturing
- Serial Number Management
Anforderung:
- some customer specific process variations on top of Best Practice
- Process manufacturing might be required in a later stage for special chemical locations, so benefit would be if the candidate has also experience in process industries (PP-PI)
- PDC Interface
- Detailed Scheduling (Experience with SCM ? APO Detailled Schedulling would be a benefit to evaluate best fit solution)
- complexity on Master Data
