- establishing a stakeholder management for workplace
solutions in order to improve transparency with regard to
available solutions as well as bundeling and structuring of
requirements
- coordination of demands in workplace solutions together
with IT staff developing and maintaining solutions in order
to the mutual planning of a roadmap. This in order to secure
delivery in time and within budget
Anforderung:
- studies in business administration informatics or similar
professional experience in IT and business administration
- profound know how in ITIL budget planning and reporting
as well as in IT service management
- profound know how in project management of complex
cross-unit projects
- language skill: English and German, both fluent
