Connect44 has a new and exciting opportunity in Germany. Our Client is looking for a Senior Radio Planning Engineer for an LTE project. The ideal candidate will have a strong 2G and 3G experience with atleast 5 years experience on HSPA optimisation and parameter fine tuning.
Start Date: March 2012
Duration: 3-6 month renewable
Rate: Negotiable
Senior Radio Planning Engineers for LTE (3GPP Long Term Evolution-Standard for wireless communication), with following requirements:
Skills/Knowledge:
-Deep Knowledge of Radio Propagation
-High Level of Experience in Capacity Planning & Network Traffic utilisation
-Technical Understanding of 2G/3G & LTE technologies
-Multi Vendor Experience including NSN/Ericsson/Huawei
-10 years industry experience
-1 minimum Actual Project experience with LTE networks (Radio Domain)
-Experience with LTE Parameters (Multi Vendor)
-Optimisation experience with 3G/LTE networks
-Both 2G & 3G Strong experience with a minimum of 5 years "Hands On" with HSPA Optimization & parameter fine tuning, with a focus for QoS improvement
-Vendor Experience: Any
-Tool Experience
-Drive Test Tools (Agilent/TEMS/NEMO)
-Actix/Other Post Processing Software
-Mentum Planet/Aircom Asset/TCP Radio Planning Tools
Language Skills:
-English - Excellent
-German - Preferred
