Für einen unserer Kunden suchen wir einen freiberuflichen Mitarbeiter, der die nachfolgenden Anforderungen erfüllt:

Aufgabenbeschreibung:
Responsible for providing overall IT support for CSA Europe Operation focusing on CSA core business applications, Desktop support, and European Network and Data Center production support.

Business Application Support
Provides first level triage for CSA core business applications, including SAP, Netweaver Portal, Documentum, and Genesis. Coordinates and escalates Second Level support with Head Office support team.
Maintains strong, hands-on working knowledge of the applications in order to assist users to troubleshoot problems
Provides hands-on training to users on how to use business applications.
Maintains strong understanding of business process and procedures. Works closely with Corporate IT Application Developer and Business Unit owners. Assists in defining business requirements and solutions for business systems issues.
Participates the testing and rollout of developed applications and help ensure the on time delivery of solution

Desktop Support
Provides support to users in all aspects of desktop management including:
Assists users in using the CSA Self Help Service Center. Follow the IT Helpdesk System to respond users support needs and track incident tickets. Ensure ticket closure and resolution to meet agreed service level.
Performs PC & Software procurement
Performs PC & Software deployment using Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager per CSA procedures
Acts as liaison to third-party IT Support to provide support for Windows O/S, Microsoft Office with focus on Microsoft Outlook, virus protection, basic network connectivity, and network printing.
Maintains PC equipment and software inventory
Maintains and develop procedure documentation for responsible area

Operation Support:
Acts as liaison to third-party IT Support to provide infrastructure hardware support
Assists Corporate IT on the installation, configuration and documentation of infrastructure hardware.

Data Backup:
Monitors the backup status and keep track of backup tapes
Coordinates with the off-site tape storage company for the Data Center backup tapes and recovery
Documents tape backup strategy and recovery processes.

Telephone systems:
Understands the current phone system and services in each office.
Provide phone provisioning and support.
Works with local management and Corporate IT for telephone system and service improvements.


Must-Have Skills:
4-6 years Business Applications support.
Working knowledge of SAP and Documentum is preferred.
Working knowledge of Desktop PC Support.
Working knowledge in back office environment leading to the ability to contribute and participate in the deployment and support of IT infrastructure services.
