Task:? Consulting, management and support of Antivirus implementation and migration projects
? Collaboration in projects
? Adaption of policies (filters) to the client?s requirements considering security, performance and functionality
? Operating and managing of server and workstation Antivirus
? Monitoring and customizing of Antivirus policies for server and workstations
? Provide 2nd and 3rd level support of Antivirus operational issues
? Incident Management
? Change Management
? Problem Management
Requirements (Must have):

? Capacity for analytical thinking
? Structured and reliable working methods
? High level communication skills
? Customer orientation
? Ability to work in a team
? Several years of experience in project consulting and -support
? Good written and spoken English
? Daily work and Call on Duty 7x24h
Technical Requirements:
? Antivirus systems in large heterogeneous environments
? LAN, WAN, TCP/IP
? Microsoft server and client operating system products
? Microsoft Office products
