My client is a consulting, implementation and optimization partner for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions. Their team of management and business consultants, project managers, developers and CRM-Specialists/Consultants have extensive experience in the successful introduction and implementation of IT and CRM projects.
They see a CRM solution not only as a sales tool, but as a supporting tool for all processes around the customer, such as Sales, marketing, controlling, support, collaboration within the company and more.

For their team in Berlin they are seeking a candidate for the following:

CRM-Specialist/Consultant for Salesforce

Your tasks

*Implementation of customer requirements in collaboration with consultants and project managers (management of User-Profiles/Groups, adapting user interfaces, create dashboards and reports, database management)
*Administration of Web-based Salesforce CRM systems
*Communication with consultants, project managers and suppliers
*Participation in CRM projects and possibly taking over part of a project management function
*Participation in pre-sales activities such as eg Creation of demo environments
*Preparation of technical documentation project
*Support for user training and support tasks

Your profile

*Completed IT training, study or equivalent experience
*Strong interest in the subject of CRM and Cloud Solutions
*Good knowledge of administration and use of web-based applications
*Good communication and teamwork skills
*Independent, goal-oriented action and resilience
*Very good German and good English skills
*Good knowledge of standard PC applications such as MS Office
*Desirable Knowledge and experience in the following areas:
*Development or adaptation of web-based applications (HTML, JavaScript)
*Implementation of workflows to automate processes
*Salesforce.com Certified Administrator certification
*System and data integration, and mobile applications (IOS, Android)
